"Our Mainland Offers"

With nearly 750.000m2 mainland coverage, divided into sales, rentals and tier supply to groups, TD Realty can be considered as one of the largest virtual mainland traders active on the grid. See the list below for a detailled list of our mainland activities.

	We can offer a width diversity of virtual land : beach, water, rock, grass, sand, hillside or protected plots, either by water or road. Besides that we own some unique plots : a waterfront protected by two waterways or a hilltop with an idyllic lake view. It doesn't need an explanation that those parcels will costs some more as the usual mainland plots, but our offers are reasonable & affordable as well.
	All our parcels, shown on this site, are available for rent too. Normal mainland rentals costs are L$ 199 per 512m2/week. For the beach properties , waterfronts and unique parcels we charge L$ 249 per 512m2/week. To set up the rent or questions refering to rentals, contact Timo Daehlie inworld. Note: you have to become a group member of TD Realty in order to build on your rented land.
	For residents without a premium membership, for those in the lower tier scales and european vat paying residents we can offer tier at L$1 per m2 per month ; so for example, 1024m2 tier for a month will cost you L$ 1024 ( +10% usual group bonus tier). How it works ? We donate m2's to your group and you will be able to purchase land for this group. Payment in advance. Tier supplies from 512m2 up to a region. "Other Activities"

TD Realty supports all actions taken by residents or groups against ad farming, useless land cuttings, inworld spam and extortion. As owner and creator of the Ad Zoo, representative member of the Arbor Project and participator of the "Heal the Land" campaign, Timo Daehlie contributes much time and efforts on a daily basis in order to get rid of these inworld problems.
