TD Tier Offer

For those who want to own land without signing up for a premium membership, we offer you the opportunity to do so.

How it Works

After a short talk about the general conditions*, costs** and amount of meters, you will be asked to send a group invitation to one of our tier donating avatars. Then after we have received payment, we immediately add the tier to your group and will remain there for the period you have paid. You are then able to buy land for your group***.

*Conditions

Tier is available from 512m2 up to full sims. Other than with LL we dont work with tier levels : you only rent what you need ! Tier can be rented either for a week or month (diff rates, see costs!), payments are to be made in advance. Refunds for monthly tiers are given with a 10% penalty fee. No refunds for weekly tiers. Our monthly tiers covers from the 17th of a month untill the 17th of the next one. This is also the date the payments for the following month should be received. It is possibleto start halfway the month with our tier supply : The fee will be prorated so that you only pay untill the 17th of the month when you begin.Tier adjustments during the month are possible. You get 10% bonus tier, in other words: if you rent 10000m2 from us, you will have 11000m2 to buy for your group !

Month:

***Buy for Group

Please be aware that when you buy land for a group you must wear your group tag and choose the option "Buy for Group" in the about land menu (Tab General) Also check if the payment liabilities in your group are set properly to avoid stipend payouts to all group members. (Members & Roles > Roles > Everyone > Allowed Liabilities > Scroll down to 'Accounting' and be sure to uncheck "Pay group liabilities and receive group dividends").
